Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Work Type: On-Site

Experience Required: 5-7 years of work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each games target audience, genre,

    and lifecycle stage.

  • Develop a marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

  • Strategize, implement and experiment (A/B Test) new creative communication ideas

  • Drive user acquisition through various channels such as digital advertising, social

    media, influencer partnerships, and more.

  • Nurture and grow the gaming community through social media, forums, and other

    platforms.

  • Drive and optimize global mobile marketing campaigns with Facebook Mobile ads,

    Google UAC, Apple search Ads, Paid Social, Ad Networks, DSPs, network &

    affiliate marketing, ASO, SEO, social media & other digital channels and other media

    platforms.

  • Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness

    of marketing campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and actionable

    insights for improvement.

  • Work closely with game developers and product managers to understand game

    features, target audience, and development roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and deliver marketing assets, including

    videos, banners, and artwork.

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant gaming influencers and partners to promote our

    games.

  • Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities.

  • Keep abreast of mobile gaming trends, competitor activities, and industry best

    practices.

  • Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the mobile gaming industry or a similar
    role.

  • In-depth knowledge of mobile gaming trends, platforms, and user behaviour.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms like Appsflyer, mixpanel,
    firebase, looker to name a few.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Creative mind-set with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A higher degree is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Good self-organization skills.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.

  • Self-motivated and agile.
