Role: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each games target audience, genre,
and lifecycle stage.

Develop a marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Strategize, implement and experiment (A/B Test) new creative communication ideas
-
Drive user acquisition through various channels such as digital advertising, social
media, influencer partnerships, and more.
-
Nurture and grow the gaming community through social media, forums, and other
platforms.

Drive and optimize global mobile marketing campaigns with Facebook Mobile ads,
Google UAC, Apple search Ads, Paid Social, Ad Networks, DSPs, network &
affiliate marketing, ASO, SEO, social media & other digital channels and other media
platforms.

Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness
of marketing campaigns.

Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and actionable
insights for improvement.

Work closely with game developers and product managers to understand game
features, target audience, and development roadmap.

Collaborate with the creative team to design and deliver marketing assets, including
videos, banners, and artwork.

Identify and collaborate with relevant gaming influencers and partners to promote our
games.

Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities.

Keep abreast of mobile gaming trends, competitor activities, and industry best
practices.

Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Experience and Skills

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the mobile gaming industry or a similar
role. -
In-depth knowledge of mobile gaming trends, platforms, and user behaviour.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms like Appsflyer, mixpanel,
firebase, looker to name a few. -
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Creative mind-set with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A higher degree is a plus.
